BALTIMORE, Md. October 21, 2009. ACCORD Restoration (ACCORDrestoration.com), announced today the opening of a new regional office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This will be ACCORD's third branch location and Nemshick's second company to have an office
in Harrisburg.

The Road to Success
Frank Nemshick was featured in a 1989 article in The Patriot-News when he opened a franchise location of Triple 'A' Student Painters, a Canadian-based painting franchise, in Harrisburg. He had joined Triple 'A' Student Painters' Northeast office that year, becoming the organization's youngest general manager in North America. He later became the company's Manager of the Year for the state of Pennsylvania as well as International Manager of the Year.  

In 1992, Nemshick declined the opportunity to become a partner and vice president of the Northeast office and instead accepted an offer to join Alex R. Szeles, Inc. (A.R.S.), a Pennsylvania restoration company. In 2004, Nemshick purchased A.R.S. partners' interests in Maryland and formed ACCORD Restoration headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. A second branch location was opened in 2005 in Delaware and today, ACCORD Restoration is a multi-million dollar restoration company with more than 50 full-time staff members.  

The October 2009 opening of ACCORD's Harrisburg branch marks another important milestone for the 5-year-young restoration company. "This is an exciting and important opportunity for our company.
